1980's original shop display

Postby Matbawden » Tue Sep 20, 2016 9:52 pm

Hi,

I have a 1980's shop display case. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post in or not. So many apologies if not! As I new to the forum (also haven't figured out how to attach a photo yet!) just wondering whether they are worth anything or I just take to the recycle centre.'it's in quite good condition a few pieces of plastic to fix but nothing horrendous!

Any advice would be great many thanks.

If you haven't already get yourself a photobucket account, that will enable you to easily post some pictures of it. I wouldn't advise taking it to the tip as someone will buy it from you, particularly if it can be fixed

Most are highly collectible. Assuming it is one of the shot displays and not the little 12 car plastic displays that were sold through stores.

Here are some examples and maybe matches yours.

Many apologies for not replying sooner. I have had a few PM's about the display case but due to being a newbie I am struggling to reply to those people. Anyhow it is none of the photos above, I am now just trying to upload one or could email to someone if they PM with their email address to look at.
Cheers
Mat
